It's the principle of it and the Native Americans (thats what we are calling them? I don't know the specific tribes/nations/1st peoples on that land) if they say no, it means no.

From what I remember about the George Zimmerman case, he was on his back with the black dude sitting on his chest punching at his face when he shot him. I remember seeing the blood and bruise on his face. He was a vigilante instigator, but he was actually taking some damage when he decided to use lethal force. Also, from what I remember Zimmerman only initially confronted the young black guy verbally, he didn't threaten him with his gun, which would have created a fight or flight mentality in the other person

These other dudes drove up, cutting Ahmaud's retreat off, brandishing guns. To any reasonable person that either appears to be a robbery (with a possible killing after) or just a killing. This prompted fight or flight, then prompted the killing

I think I remember hearing Zimmerman saying he was a member of like a neighborhood watch or something. It makes sense to me WHY someone who is part of a neighborhood watch would verbally confront another person they believe might be scoping and/or breaking into houses. The fact the kid attacked him COULD be due to Zimmerman’s choice of words, or it COULD be maybe the kid really was up to something shady and was defensive with anger. Those are the two scenarios I could see that would lead to an attack

I highly doubt though that Zimmerman tried to egg on the kid to attack him a la your subway example. He most definitely DID feel emboldened by having a gun though. Had he been un-armed, he probably would have just left it at calling the police

I've only messed around with it a bit. Its interface is very simple but it does support data-logging so you can connect and log it and do whatever you want with it. The battery life is good, and it uses just a regular AAA so no need to worry about replacing a rechargeable one.

My "stance on vaccines" is that most vaccines, once they have been extensively developed, tested and analyzed for safety and efficacy, are perfectly safe and effective. All covid-19 vaccines have not undergone this testing, simply because they aren't old enough to have, by definition.

I have gotten tons and tons of vaccines for different illnesses, I'm not "anti-vax". But I'm young, healthy, and at very low risk of serious illness even if I GET covid-19 itself, which I did. And it was a mild cold, which is what it is for the vast majority of people. Get a grip.
