A good friend of mine informed me of a scam that is happening in Africa. The topic came up because in 2022 you can't even be a sovereign nation. What he told me is that say you are an African country, what happens is these Global banks will go to these countries and offer them a loan, if the country says they don't want to take this loan they will be told that no one will trade with them. So basically they are forcing countries to take on these loans that are also full of loopholes and caveats that also direct the country how it needs to be run. Essentially these countries have no choice, they are forced to play the game. This might be considered the Global Elite at work here. Anyone know anything about this phenomenon?

IMF has been doing that for decades. It's similar to the Biden withholding money from Ukraine thing, meet/make progress on these conditions or no $ for you. Has to be that way with the common trend of loan default in underdeveloped countries.
