It might be to represent diversity of interests of the populations? Like Alaska is huge, but aren’t the population centres either based around fish or oil, so there isn’t much diversity to represent and 7 people live there so there isn’t much population to represent. That would be my guess.

I live in AZ btw, and there's 0% chance this is a blue state. I live in the largest population county in the state, there are carry guns (including mine) at every public place.

There's still a lot of votes to count in AZ and problems with signatures and also with sharpies apparently. They are reaching out to those voters to resubmit ballots is the word on the ground floor over here.

I also have a theory that a lot of retirees used to go to AZ and these people were mostly conservative voters. But if you look at Scottsdale it doesn't even make the top-5 these days and not even on many top-10 places to retire list. I know old people and they're all thinking FL or SC or NC. No one is going to AZ. It filled up I guess, people realized you can dress up a cactus with a fancy hat and it's still a cactus.

So less conservative retirees and more liberal imports.

Except it's being flagged because we're in a highly delicate state as a country where you can't have someone causing tensions to flare based on completely misleading comments that then go viral. I've always generally thought you were a pretty good guy, but gimme a break on this man.

Nothing "unusual" is going on. Even federal law mandates that there are weeks after the presidential elections for states to finalize their counts. The combination of the pandemic leading to increased mail in voting and just the general super close nature of the race this year has led to those post-election night counts actually affecting the overall result. Nothing is nefarious. Nothing is unusual. And pretending otherwise, and stating it on social media to try and undermine the election process, is completely misleading and total BS.

Tech companies are pretty transparent why they do things, they try to figure out the best way to do things and screw up sometimes.

Hypothetically if one candidate received a batch of 140k votes at 2AM but none of those went to any other candidate, is that reasonable? I'm assuming how it goes is you tabulate ALL votes for your area and then report. It's not like they count all biden votes, all trump votes etc and then report based on candidate right?

I get what you're saying but I do think it's very misleading to say that no one can look at this and think something normal etc. is going on. Because it is normal. Nothing fraudulent is occurring. It is odd, but definitely not impossible. It's totally dependent on the order in which certain batches of ballots get processed.

Then we give the other people pages with more negative news, and then we check that. I think your posts and opinions are reasonable and reflect the shifting uncertainty about the official outcome. Personally I believe it's an uphill battle now for Trump because he has to prevail in litigation, and the courts are more apt to let the states decide what the outcome is than decide top-down that he won or lost. The burden to prove fraud is on him and it needs to be convincing.

1. I thought about waiting until my radio show to state this, but it must be said now:

All night and this morning, the media are playing with the electoral map and their declarations of who won what states, and in virtually every case it assists the Biden campaign.

2. North Carolina, Georgia, Alaska should all be called now for President Trump. There was no legitimate reason to call Arizona early for Biden with so much of the vote out. There was no reason to sit on Florida and Ohio for hours when those outcomes were quite clear.

3. The purpose is to make it appear that the President is not close to the 270 electoral vote number to win the presidency and to make it appear that the President was never going to be re-elected.

4. And you can see all the delays through the night and beyond, waiting for mail-in votes -- Philadelphia, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Detroit, etc. This is followed by commentators telling us that there's nothing unusual about all of this. Delays in counting votes happens all the time

5. Really, we've experienced this before? In all these states? Nonsense. Meanwhile, the Democrats have been litigating in states for months to change existing election laws to help Biden and the Democrats.

6. They set in place the mail-in voting chaos, some states literally a few months ago.

So these will be Trump's talking points for the next how long.
