The sand giants would fight the sro merchants, verified on EQmac and fixed it here a few years ago along with some other npc vs npc stuff in that zone.

I would not think so. I remember when red99 was in beta I noticed the qeynos spawn point was incorrectly too close to the city gate guards, which could of led to some bind point camping by guards...

What do you mean, that they should all be social agro or should not? Right now it depends on the mob and where it is. And yes post evidence when you find something that you think is wrong.
