I know name trading isn't allowed, but can I give a name away?
If anyone is old enough to remember this thread
https://www.project1999.com/forums/a...p/t-24211.html Way back then I vowed to right this injustice should a fresh server ever be rolled out, because Knuckle turned out to be a very cool guy. Lo and behold I found the name Knuckle free after the character wipe last night. Can I just give this name back to Knuckle if there is no trade involved? Or is that against the rules?
