Well, I was minding my own business looking through buildings for people selling things. Then some guy drops a letter. I suppose he was trying to be surrepetitous.

Well, anyway its about a bridge, and it sounds a little bit terrorist, but whatever. If you want your letter, whoever this drop was intended for, reply to this message giving enough details so I know its who it was intended for.
