Dropped Letter About The Bridge
 

Well, I was minding my own business looking through buildings for people selling things. Then some guy drops a letter. I suppose he was trying to be surrepetitous.

Well, anyway its about a bridge, and it sounds a little bit terrorist, but whatever. If you want your letter, whoever this drop was intended for, reply to this message giving enough details so I know its who it was intended for.

Sorry I picked it up, I had no idea what it was about.

I posted it because I thought it dropped off of someone initiating that part of the quest. But the lack of response made me consider maybe P99 made it a random spawning thing. Like, me looking inside of buildings set it off or something.

Cool! That would have been a pretty long bridge! Let's build it on P1999! :D
