Anyone else with a proccable epic feel like it's been proccing less since the epic patch?

I harmonied myself and sat in water and my proc rate went up.

The trick is to complain in /say. At least whenever I tried to proc my OT hammer, it would take forever then i'd start typing and

Ok so its not just me. Ive been feeling extremely slow running around with jboots lol
