Epic Proc Rates

Anyone else with a proccable epic feel like it's been proccing less since the epic patch?

..Or is it all in my head??!?!

My epic only procs when people die it seems.

I harmonied myself and sat in water and my proc rate went up.

The trick is to complain in /say. At least whenever I tried to proc my OT hammer, it would take forever then i'd start typing and

jboots are definitely slower since the patch

99% sure they lowered jboots speed by 1%
