Boridain Glacierbane should maybe ID the first turn-in

Similar to Scout Charisa and Tain Hammerfrost, in a "Ragefire" scenario it can be difficult to know who successfully turned in the axe to Boridain.

Of course I'd prefer that people just be civil about a 3 hour spawn, and maybe this change would only encourage a Ragefire style camp... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
