Yeah I called and they tried to charge me 49$ for a one time fix, then 15$ a month for 'technical support' forever... bogus. I'm on a chat right now, they tried adding ports, to no avail, and are now telling me that I'm banned.

But ambrotos claims I haven't been.. what a bunch of scumm
