Cant connect to server or website

Posting this from my phone.

Was playing fine this morning. Try to log on after lunch and gets an error from eqemu launcher about not being able to update 787.xml. If i click to launch eq anyways i get the login screen but it falls to connect to even bring up the server list.

Also cannot connect to p99 website or eqemu website. But it works from my phone. Haven't changed any thing on my pc since this morning. Tried restarting pc and resetting my broadband.

Forgot to mention any other sites on the Web work fine.

Would appreciate some help because I'm stumped.
