I suppose I can continue doing "ballpark" faction for the class/races but I'm supprised this info is not already "out there" to just copy/paste chart to chart.
Definitely not. This isn't really a chart... more of a graphical representation of rows from our database.

The best we can do is piece together the past based on existing information or anecdotal evidence. Recreating EQ isn't easy :P

One I ran into early on was the evil farmers who spawn with the bandits in west karana. The farmers are supposed to be on the same faction as the bandits. They did drop bandit sashes correctly, but they gave faction hits like they were qeynos citizens.

Is the only way really to just /con NPCs and plug in a number to the chart?

To actually determine the point values for a certain faction, you need to take 3 variables into consideration. There is plenty of 'i was kos as a $race' floating around on the boards and archives. But what a player sees is a function of a system of 3 of equations that each need a lot of independent research. There is a lot of wiggle room within a faction level. The faction system itself was also set up at the wrong intervals and had to be rewritten. Isolating the specific point values requires first, determining an easily reproducible faction hit, and repeating it numerous times, sometimes to max to eliminate the possibility of ambiguous results.

Then figuring out whether or not mobs are on the right primaryfaction is often a logic puzzle based known results for different possibilities (running around conning mobs with multiple characters of differing consider values to line up the pattern).

It took two weeks to get the 5 factions in cabilis right. These aren't even the full notes.

You have iskar monks with being kindly after a single note turn in to the monk GM? Is so, that dosent match up with what I saw on EQmac.

Or maybe i'm just reading the chart wrong.

There should be no place in the classic game that an iskar monk is non KOS except the Bloodsabres guild in Qeynos, and even there a threatening begger NPC wanders in and can agro.

Dismal Rage guild under Freeport is safe, except for one Dark Elf female in there that is threatening to Iskar.

I have not ran an iskar around on p99 to see how "non kos" they are here, but I hear the p99 Iskar have it way too good compared to how it should be circa 2002/classic.
