The last patch had this note:

Nilbog: Corrected alchemy vendor lists of Grobb and Oggok.

That note doesn't mention it, but there were other (non-alchemy) vendors affected also. See this classic bug report for evidence on why that mob was removed (short version: she wasn't classic).
