That note doesn't mention it, but there were other (non-alchemy) vendors affected also. See this classic bug report for evidence on why that mob was removed (short version: she wasn't classic).

Okay, thank you. I read the changes about Grobb, but somehow missed the information regarding Oggok, my bad.
