Yes, but Iksar aren’t neutral. They are very xenophobic. All religions but CT are -1000*. I bet the original devs would have put agnostic as -1000 if they could have!
*actually varies between the different factions in cabilis, e.g the guards are pretty tolerant of Innoruuk at -50 compared to the merchants -1000. It seems certain guilds are a bit less scathing of VS’s dip into inny. | ||
