After looking up the issue on the EQ Emu forums a couple weeks ago, I found a post from a mod there saying only Rogean could fix that SMS identification issue that is hitting pretty much anyone making a new account or trying to recover a pw.

It's not an EQ emu problem. It's the phone ID setup that links the eq emu and p99 account that's borked right now, afaik.
