Trying to reset my ingame account password
 

Hello, I am trying to reset my ingame password(not my account forum) and it says it needs an SMS check, my number has changed since it's been well over a year since I played. Also, when I click continue some off-webpage pops up saying I cannot get too the page. Any idea what I would need to do?

that is an EQ EMU issue, not a project 99 issue. you need to hit them up, but yeah, good luck with that

After looking up the issue on the EQ Emu forums a couple weeks ago, I found a post from a mod there saying only Rogean could fix that SMS identification issue that is hitting pretty much anyone making a new account or trying to recover a pw.

It's not an EQ emu problem. It's the phone ID setup that links the eq emu and p99 account that's borked right now, afaik.
