From the Kunark and Velious spdat it shows a resist adjust of 0.
Other Drains for SK: Siphon - 0 Lifetap - 20 Lifespike - 20 Vampiric Embrace Proc - 0 Lifedraw - 20 Life Leech - 0 Siphon Life - 20 Spirit Tap - 20 Drain Spirit - 15 | ||

VampiricEmbraceNecro always landed for full and still does here. All the other taps including Life Leech also always land for full damage (both on classic Live and Here) and have the same resist mod. They all rarely get resisted, and when they do it's a full resist.
When a lifetap lands it should always land for full damage.
