Siphon Proc
 

The proc on Khyldorn the Blood Drinker (Siphon), which I'm guessing is the same Siphon proc as on bloodpoint doesn't seem to have the right resist mod.

It should be -200 just like any other tap, yet I am getting partial resists on it constantly.

From the Kunark and Velious spdat it shows a resist adjust of 0.

Other Drains for SK:

Siphon - 0
Lifetap - 20
Lifespike - 20
Vampiric Embrace Proc - 0
Lifedraw - 20
Life Leech - 0
Siphon Life - 20
Spirit Tap - 20
Drain Spirit - 15

VampiricEmbraceNecro always landed for full and still does here. All the other taps including Life Leech also always land for full damage (both on classic Live and Here) and have the same resist mod. They all rarely get resisted, and when they do it's a full resist.

When a lifetap lands it should always land for full damage.

Most of the time. Some interesting things happen against mobs that are fully magic immune. And that part is working as intended. This is fixed.

Thanks. It was happening last night against mobs that aren't fully immune as well; such as Reet Knights/Shamans etc.

I'm still noticing a high amount of partial resists against NPCs that are not fully magic immune. :(
