Pretty sure training was against the rules and you could get punished for doing it intentionally. Reputation was real tho, real petty stuff too.

Perhaps of a court system, players can take their dispute to a jury of their peers, or optionally fight to the death (with the option of a stand in replacement). Punishments could range from a fine, jail time, community service, possibly KoS for a period of time in every city, ball and chain (encumbered movement), many creative punishments.

Or we just have full PVP and folks sort it out themselves.

Antipks always win. Order gets established. It's always invariably better than the systems in place now.
