That would be pretty toxic. Imagine spending an hour breaking a camp only to hand it over to some scrub who probably couldn't even do it if you hadn't cleared it for him.
Ideal server would be true classic rules. If someone trains you, KSs you, you flame them on the forums and they get a bad reputation, players stop grouping with them.
And you can do the same thing to others with risk to your own reputation.
It's weird how people don't realize this is part of what made EQ the true Wild West of MMOs.
