Nah I'm not bad, I just realized that necros are a wasted raid spot if you have competent players and quit at 56 after spectating too many raids where my presence was completely extraneous. I now happily regularly contribute to a raid force as a contributory class.

Seriously, necros: do you truly enjoy bombing all your mana and HP onto OTHER RAIDERS, and being the 'oh shit button' to FD and /q when shit goes badly? Even then your job is to be the clerics bitch. Blow a 500+ pp essence emerald rezzing a cleric so the 'real classes' can get back up and the raid can continue? LoL Suckers.

Some of you should really try raiding with less batteries and more DPS. It's P awesome.

What you say is like saying "driving with a safety belt on is for suckers" (and that's assuming necro's sole role is fd - rez, which it isn't). Good luck on the roads bro.

Baalzy absolutely nailed this out of the park, but i'll add two small tidbits.

1. ) Necros shine the brightest in smaller raids. For example, taking a couple groups into Fearplane or Hateplane post-50, having a pair of necros twitching, bi-pactings, bonding, and dpsing not only will shed all concept of downtime (outside of smoke breaks), Clerics will seriously load nukes out of sheer boredom once buffs are done.

2. ) Expanding on the small-raid idea, along with all the pre-kunark raiding madness, necros do one thing that *NO* other class can : heal people kiting adds, and simply feigning off any potential aggro, allowing the kiter to continue his kite without ever needing to slow down or (thank god) re-aggro any of the train off a healer.

Believe me when i say that knowing your necro role on a raid will get you on the xmas list of any druid/bard/ranger/monk whatever stuck with kite duty.

Yeah I know Necro's are valuable raid assets. I posted that stuff yesterday when I was drunk and pissy over logging my 20th hour at Dhamphyre with no cloak drop. I also got trained twice by nosy bitches looking in on my camp.

I just felt like stirring some shit up and some of you got your moist panties all in a twist over it. haha. Trolling is fun. I might do this more often.

Professional troll job.

You can ease the pain of the Dhamphyre camp by running up and sniping the Diamondine earring mob between pop if noone has it camped. (just spam-click back on your pet while you nuke it down, so the pet doesnt pull a huge train trying to come defend you)
