So it's not lost, this newsgroup post has partial quest text for necro quests in the Toxx necro hut:

after some standard intro text by pluxia with a key phrase I say "i will
perform a small act" and she replies:

So basically I have to bring back the head, just like the Rungupp and poacher
quests, I even tried to give her a poacher head, but she didn't like that.
