Spells: NPCs casting Ice Comet much too quickly

Actually on p99 wizard NPCs do cast magic DDs more often than fire/cold.

Agreed. Force Shock is their spell of choice. But a 3-4 second 1100 Ice Comet is seriously fucked up.
