I think you may have said something mean to me in that one deleted thread when you were on your drunken rampage. But I'm just teasing.

Please stop role-playing teasing, she was a dear friend of mine.

That is 100% possible. I do have bizarre salty mad feelings for rampage and the sleeper. And when I get drunk I do lash out at people. My sincerest apologies. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Back on topic.. If a name has a story or reason behind it then just about anything is acceptable. It's just when people think they're being funny or cute by miss spelling something. It was novel in the 90's internet era.. It's not so novel anymore especially now that there are so many people who do it.

Lhancelot no one was talking to you.
It hurts being shunned by the cool nerds. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Personally, I'm all for unrestricted naming conventions. xX69xLegolasx420Xx, from my Lineage II days, is one of my favorites.
It lets you size up the quality of person you're dealing with immediately.

I have found quite the opposite. Some of the most dumb, simpleton names have been weilded by some of the most dynamic awesome players I have ever met on MMOs.

Cecily laid it out there, you had to know someone would pull this up. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Personally, I found it a masterpiece - and I still agree with your OP.

Long live your naming policy thread, Baler!
omg how did I miss this thread? nerd gets upset at people for not respecting the naming scheme on a server emulating an 18-year-old elf simulator
