Old Sebilis lvl requirement

At some point, there was a level requirement added. I can't remember when, but I remember not being able to zone in with a level 46 that was keyed. I am pretty positive it was not in classic, however.

I know for a fact that on live you had to be lvl 53 before your seb key would work to enter the zone. Is that how it is currently scheduled to work on P99 or are we going to be able to enter seb right away? My computer has been busted so i couldn't play at all on the test server so I haven't been able to check this myself.

I don't remember there being a level req if you had a key.. It may have been 46 if it existed at all.

I found this post from right around when Kunark came out.. if you check the sig of the poster, they were only level 48..

Edit: One thing I don't remember is when they implemented "soulbound" to the idol...

** Keyrings **

We will be resetting all keyrings with this patch. This will mean that
all existing keys in the keyrings will be removed. You will need to
place keys back onto the keyrings. Keys are added to the keyring by
using the key. The keyring is a part of the character, not a space in
inventory. To find out what keys you have just type /key and the game
will give you a list. If you have recently deleted a key, please
contact your GM for a replacement.

I don't mean Keyring.. I meant when you died, the Idol would still be in your inventory.
