Old Sebilis lvl requirement
 

I know for a fact that on live you had to be lvl 53 before your seb key would work to enter the zone. Is that how it is currently scheduled to work on P99 or are we going to be able to enter seb right away? My computer has been busted so i couldn't play at all on the test server so I haven't been able to check this myself.

I am almost certain that there is no level requirement. If there was it was not around long at all.

OS never required a level as long as you had the key. However, after POP, Sony introduced level requirements to bypass the key. As such, i'm sure P1999 will require they key, no matter the level.

while i'm pretty sure there is no level requirement, you're going to get smacked around pretty good if you don't level a bit before going in
