Listen pal, the negatives were real. No argument there. But many felt they were exaggerated despite the game being a flop and often a heap of non-working shit.
The class design was incredible and made it all worth it. The combat was just icing on the cake.
It felt better than TESO. Too much to list again, but you would be hard pressed to find anyone who speaks even neutral of Vanguard's class design and combat system.

I played the shit out of Vangard. I was on whichever the pvp server was as a cleric. I remember seeing some Lucid Vision on there and a dude with the name Shoon but wasn't the same one from Rallos. Gameplay was solid, trade skills were really fun as well. Some pvp classes were a little more op than others but fun overall none the less. End game content was nonexistent for a while but I heard they implemented some content well after I quit. Never went back to check it out.
