Zero reimbursements is very harsh.

People can make level 1 characters get SoW, aggro Garadain and train him into the orcs and that fails the event. Permabanning those accounts doesn't do anything.

Well here is the current culture:

5-10 people log on and /roll to turn in. 1 person wins. All players go into the fort and help the winner kill Chief, loot head, invis outside and turn into Garadain.

This isn't a challenging event. Druids can solo it, most players can duo it, and when you have 5-10 people there helping it's a joke.

So abusing the CSR system to try and guarantee yourself a ring would be dumb. You'd be delaying your owning of the ring 2-4weeks. When it's very easy to do the event with the other players who rolled with you.

I don't see this being an issue no.

Had my Ring 8 chief stolen a couple nights ago as well.

The problem with the roll off is this:

1. You cannot enforce "roll off times". Just because you /shout "roll off in 10 mins" doesn't meant someone outside of the zone is aware of whatever erroneous time 1 person decided would be the official roll off time.

2. If someone rolls before the npc spawns, their roll should be included.

3. If someone spawns the war, the chief & war are 100% theirs. success or failure, any interference in the war (regardless of success/failure) is theft.

Last night, Pally of Taken (don't have a name) won the roll. However, Senies (sans Omni tag) ninja-ed the turnin (which I assume is against server rules)

Azeth you misunderstand the situation last night.

The paladin turned in HIS Marching Orders. The ninja of the turn in was done using a previous Chief Head despawning the Garadain HE spawned, not this other person.

So the Garadain that was 100% belonging to the Taken Paladin (which you agree with) was de spawned by a level 48 shaman turning in a Chief Head from another failed ring war. (Which you agree is against the rules).

So it is 100% against the rules. In this case.

Azeth, I think you misunderstood. From what I know, if you spawn something, it's yours for 20 mins. Not only an epic mob (Xenov, Ixi, Rage, etc.), but stuff in Velious as well. (and looks like Daldaen not only beat me to it, but explained it better)

My paladin is Clorthos and it was my spawn last night and his excuse was someone did it to him so he did it back, he then said some pally in taken did it to him and provided no names. We (taken) do not have 100 pallies sitting in ew waiting to do the ring event ... hell we do not even have 100 pallies. Backstory from his former guildleader is that it was another guilds pally that trained the mobs on the turn in guy due to not knowing was was going on or somesuch nonsense, but it was not us.

I was there when he won the roll and offered to help he declined i left the zone for other events we were working on ... had no clue of his outcome and I was the only taken pally in the area.

I have petitioned the gm to have my ring returned, his actions are 1000% dickmove. It will prolly take a little bit of time but i have logs of the events and tells between Senies between and I where he admits to taking my turn in.

I have liked the civility and helped out with pally and shm for others ring events this however was my turn to do my ring.
