JUST Ally. There is no Min or max to that faction 'flag'. It's just you have it or you don't.

Think of it this way:

Yes flag in DB = 1

No flag in DB = 0

If you have Ally, you are 1 flagged. There is no in between.

Other than what ....umm Sirkin or Rogean or whatever posted about what the current settings are, the requirements are what they wrote in that thread I am speaking of.
