Tormax Faction
I'd have asked this on red, but our forums are a cesspool of trolling and junk, with no actual redeeming value, except if you are in the mental health field.
Tormax faction and yelinaks head: I know currently it's broken and you need ally to hand in the head for gauntlets of dragon slaying, and it will be fixed and a future update (https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=207479). My question is: do you currently need maximum ally to hand in the head, or does just ally work? Was helping a friend out last night and took some tormax hits. Anyone have any first hand knowledge of what's required? |
JUST Ally. There is no Min or max to that faction 'flag'. It's just you have it or you don't.
Think of it this way: Yes flag in DB = 1 No flag in DB = 0 If you have Ally, you are 1 flagged. There is no in between. EDIT: Other than what ....umm Sirkin or Rogean or whatever posted about what the current settings are, the requirements are what they wrote in that thread I am speaking of. |
Excellent, much appreciated!

False.
The shaman epic cannot be done at ally you need max ally. There can be a check done on max faction status. |
So it could be that the requirement is a numeric one as opposed to ally/warmly, etc. Anyone done the turnin with less than max ally?

The Shaman epic predates "ally", its requirement was always max faction and that did not change when they added the ally descriptor for a part of the faction range. [/pedant] |
Hmmm, perhaps I'll play it safe and farm a few more dwarf heads. Appreciate the input!

I could have sworn that max faction on my shaman's epic was actually warmly.
|
I turned in dain head and i doubt i was max ally.

Classic faction warmly was maximum. Ally was added 5-6 months into Velious. For some reason we got it on launch. |
