Binding at Oasis docks with sow and levi is not a bad option. The boat to TD is fast and then u just run it.

The boat is on a 10-15minute recycle.

The run down to Firepot Room from that boat with SoW/Levitate takes about 7-8minutes.

You're looking at on average 15~ minute trip every time you want to visit the firepots from being bound at the Oasis dock.
