pretty sure the cats in overthere run the same speed as the cockatrices and succulents

at least they did 2 years ago when i leveled a bard through there, not sure if they changed the runspeed on them since then
They changed the speed in June this year. Read it from patch notes.

They changed the run speed on the gorge hounds? That's too bad. Doing EK hardcore round up could net you like 3 levels per hour easy peasy.

Last I played on my bard I kited drovlargs in Dreadlands and could still do it only using strafe + chords + denon's. Maybe 2-3 weeks ago?

Yes, i tested the Dovlargs in FV yesterday, they are RS1 category. I didn't test Chords as i were a little nervous about their reach, they are quite big. But Denon's worked fine.

Ive been kiting these the passed few days and the cats are slightly faster than the rest. Not rhino speed but they are faster.

According to these speed listings, and level variences. . . would you say it can be used as a leveling guide as well? For example, a lvl 24 should be in LOIO killing skellies etc near sarnak fort?

Well first it was a lvl guide for myself, that's how it started out. And this mob list is actually how and where i lvl'ed, and i couldn't find any mob running speed list out there so its like a combined leveling guide and Mob running speed list.

I am currently 45 and struggling to get any good out of OT any longer, iv been there since 30 killing A thorny succulent, A spiked succulent, A Stoneleere cockatrice, A Stonegazer Cockatrice, A Sarnak Knight and A Sarnak Berzerker, it got me all and well to 45. Should look for something else now actually.
