99% correct at this point. It seems we've all overlooked the fact that 14301 Vial of Rabid Froth 1862 System Shock IV is a dropable and not a craftable (drops apparently from Gnashmaw in South Karana). I don't know if it's supposed to be in this list or not since it is a dropped item, I'll leave that to you. It's also supposed to be System Shock I, currently it is listed as System Shock IV.

Correct. For further verification, if you are using lucy, you can click on the 'Raw' tab and check under the ID field. That number should correspond to the proceffect in the query results.
