Spells: Particle effects not showing up in first-person view

Thanks for the insight, Vega (and Telin, since it's technically his post [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]). I had a gut-feeling I might have overlooked something. I had no idea it was purposely removed, but hopefully the devs can figure it out in the future.
