I think what he is referring to is that you can't really "camp" the SRO AC. I am no expert on this camp, so take this with a grain of salt, but if I remember correctly, the change to the SRO AC camp was to make it not spawn on 3 specific mobs, but virtually any mob. On top of that, it is a roamer, and you're not able to camp a roamer mob unless you're at its' particular spawn point at the time when it spawns. Once it roams, it is a FFA mob.

I suppose the best would be a bard who could AE clear the desert part of the zone, and get a spawn, and use bard speed to have the best advantage getting the AC... But others could just sit there and wait for your AC spawn and if they are closer, can snag it from under you.
