It's a crappy epic and yeah the Slimeblood never drops. Ever. I want to say there was another huge bottleneck that isn't that way on here, maybe the eye?

The Deathspeaker Staff is unarguably better than the necro epic. The necro epic is a novelty item just like the druid epic.

well druids dont get a neato staff in VP with a better clicky, nor do we get anything better in Velious so its a bit more useful than a novelty since it has BiS stats for MH. When they fix root/snare it really helps with soloing/small group stuff

but yes during a raid its just a nice resist item that has mega stats [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Once Root/snare stack they are no longer novelty items. I guess Druid epic stats make it less terrible, but the effect sure is useless.

Yeah, but the Leafblower DoT lasts forever. Plus I think the epic look is pretty cool looking.

Eye off Inny doesn't seem half as rare as Slime Blood off of CT.

I think the slime-blood was added to the golem's loot tables on March 14, 2001, alongside the launch of the warrens. That date is shortly after Velious' launch, so perhaps there is a light at the end of the tunnel for necros?

those golems are gonna be FARMED

AoNs, Slime Bloods, BCGs, Soul Leechs, Puppet Strings....

those are some of the tasty goodies you can get from them

on another side note, what do they change the Golem's spawn time to in Fear? 24 hours?
