I don't know if you know that I just switch from Red to Blue for a little bit. I leveled up to 60 on my warrior in 8 days played, had a million plat in gear and joined TMO. I tried to level and alt and only made it to 19 on a twinked bard. Its hard to make a complete switch and I tried to do it on blue but I just can't have fun only killing mobs. I loved gearing up on red and having to fight for camps/exp. I really enjoy the battles in game and in ooc. I've always been very competitive and Blue just isn't competitive to me. Red might come off somewhat toxic but most of the people here are actually pretty cool if you get to know them. If you really start playing here and you get to 50s let me know. By them Swish might even have his monk in the 50s and I will happily trio with Swish and yourself on my 54 cleric. Give it a try and the worst thing that could happen is you start playing you blue chanter again [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Red wouldn't be toxic if it wasn't for competition. I understand the server hasn't gotten to the point of PvE competition but obviously there wouldn't be so much hate out there if it wasn't for some sort of PvP competition. When it comes down to it I think the red community actually has better people to play with. It is just the nature of a PvP server that can bring out the worst in people.
