As far as content type stuff goes, Uthgard has always been very strong. I don't understand how Origins launched without dragons having their abilities, for example.

Looks like their server and forums are both down, I haven't really visited their forums or tried to login in more than a week so I'm not sure what's going on, anyone have a clue if its permanent?
I'm actually looking forward to the Uthgard revamp, seeing as how it's not only for content implementation, but also a player wipe. Everyone will be starting on equal footing, and knowing Uthgard...it won't be anything like Genesis, it'll be like P99 when it just came up! With the exception of all the bugs/balance tweaks they've made in the 9-10 years this server has been around. It wouldn't be a bad idea to start off with a pre-made group, maybe from these forums/thread even. I'll most likely go back to Midgard (again) as a Skald or a Healer, anyone else planning on it also?

If there's enough interest, could be good to make a P99 exclusive guild or something, for experienced and new players alike. Soon I'll compile a list of players who will be playing Uthgard together when its back.
I'll make the post it in a new thread or in this one, for those interested, and add any additional names from these forums who want to be a part of it as well. Seeing as how there's no realm of choice (yet), just post your realm/class choices here for what you plan to make on Uthgard when it's back.

Genesis is back up, but cap is back down at 800 again, so much for fixing that problem. They've been dancing around it for over a month now, even going through a "server upgrade" which didn't solve anything. Could be they just told the community they upgraded the hardware, and pocketed the money from the donations instead.
The "cap changed again" thread is 59 pages long now!

Went back to EQ pretty quick. Dont really see whats the big deal with this game lol
So classic is that sidi dungeon, grinding keeps forever? Thats end game? Id rather play an arena game Stopped playing EQ for a year, played DAOC for 2 weeks and then started back on red99 to get my MMO fix. Sure maybe pvp is less annoying than red99 setup but what are you fighting over for? At least in EQ theres alot of cool camps and locations to fight over for. I dunno didnt make it for me | ||
