DAOC: Origins - New Server
 

A new server is about to open up in a few days, Classic +SI expansion

Oops i didnt notice tomatos thread but his threads always turn to shit so

Is it more accurate than Uthgard? That server still has very incomplete (or entirely absent) classes, and most of the NPCs that should have abilities like spells are just generic melee mobs.

Considering Uthgard has been in development for years and this server is brand new I highly doubt it. I was negative in my last post but I'll probably try it out at least for a little while while everyone is on an equal footing. Considering playing a Healer.

I never tried daoc but heard very good things, was this the very pvp heavy game where you could fly? 3 factions or something?

never played daoc but due to my inability to connect to eqemu login server i'm currently patching the client. gonna give it a whirl, first on uthgard due to superior population.

Servers not up yet. Not a DAOC vet but ill try to report what i can, like population and what not

I would check out that new progressive eq emu but you just know TMO will probably reroll there and block content like a bunch of turds

you never run into players on uthgaard and when you do they dont even speak english
