killing naked players, even if they died to pve just shows the true skills of someone doing this (= none)

but (!) i used to corpsecamp/delevel/expdeath/etc those specific players on sullon and vztz giving back their favour when they did it at least once to me before.

the problem at hand is the server police on this server who apparentely listens more to some novels in petition forums and since i dont write petitions at all on a pvp server i just dont wana get banned when i get my hands on someone CR who previously (hours/weeks/months before) killed me nakid.

You are expected in all cases to give someone a reasonable amount of time to recover their corpse and leave the area prior to attacking again. This also applies to raid/group/guild PvP.

This has been discussed many times and was covered specifically in Derubaels suggested modifications because it could be considered a loophole. It was addressed because multi-zone LNS is not covered under the current PNP. It was defined this way in his proposed rule changes:

If you need to move across multiple zones in order to Loot and Scoot, you must call LnS as you move through each zone.

People who are enroute to CR aren't covered by the posted PNP rules governing LNS, i.e. no multiple zone LNSing. So, by being in TT and not OS you are not in the position to "recover your corpse" and there for you are not protected by LNS, only the PNP bind camping rules.

Did you even read what I said? Or did that too effectively disprove your point that you are unable to address it specifically.

There is a reason that Derubaels suggestion modifications had very specific language to govern the exact situation Andis outlined: because it is not current protected by the posted PNP.

once a person dies pvp, they are naked.

under PnP, you are not allowed to kill them again. period. thats it.

you must let them LnS. It is the whole basis of this PnP, is to let the player get his corpse so he is not griefed. aka play nice policy
