No luck

My ~ ect keys work fine.

I have reset my defaults multiple times so I don't know what it could be.

do things like your ' key and stuff work ingame? If not you need to go into your device manager and disable any mediadevices or controllers. Forget what actual names in device manger would be. Guessing you are using a laptop?

omg.. is this a fix for the " and ' not working? So gonna try this when i get home... so annoying...
