I like most beef cuts as rare as I can get it, usually. But it depends on the reputation of the place I am ordering it from. If Im at a reputable steak house, I'll get it rare or med-rare. If Im at Waffle House or Denny's getting a t-bone, that shit needs to be down a bit longer
