As I say that, my last ditch effort to spam him work. Just kept spamming my hotkey running all around him and on the 4th prompt he turned around and gave me the book.
Not sure if it was dumb luck or his "quest radius" got way smaller but if anyone runs into the same issue, that's how I solved it. Spam the crap out of him. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] | ||
