I mostly agree with you except on your point that you can't lump violent protesters in with peaceful protesters. I think you can and should do exactly that. You want to start and organize a protest? Great, have at it. But you should be considered one protest and be responsible for the actions of people in the protest you organized and/or supported. Police and military responses were dissimilar. Planned differently.
BLM violence wasn't encouraged or incited by people with authority sworn to uphold the constitution.

Some of the insurrectionists cited the BLM riots as a justification for insurrection. And rebellion. I watched as some screamed about racism and fearing reparations towards the black community. Maybe a legitimate grievance or fear, I'm not going to debate them, but still not justification for interrupting our constitutional elections and a peaceful transition of power. Especially since none of this stuff exists outside of what ifs and political rhetoric to reach out to voters that want it discussed. I got all this eyewitness from the livestream. It wasn't faked.

Also (and this is a very unfortunate detail for you), the vast majority of black lives that have been lost by police shootings were justified shootings.
