They've gone from being a consistent threat to AM in Sleepers/Yeli/Dain etc to threatening us on lower level ToV mobs. You wanna bet they won't be a threat on Vulak&friends in the near future?

I can't speak for the rest of the guild, but I'm happy to see them stepping up and bringing the competition. I remember FFA foot races and cockblock wars over AoW back on live and I missed that spirit of competition when I played other mmos after. It's one of the main things that brought me to P99. And AG (and Core/BG, & Paradiggums) are nice people with good leaders who work with us and each other. That goes a long way.

Someone asked what targets we got this cycle so I listed them. Somewhere between 'AM gets all the targets on the server ever' and 'only AoW / Doze / Vulak matter' is where the truth lies. You might not be able to just waltz into ToV with a bunch of fresh-faced raiders and start scoring Vulaks and Dozekars effortlessly, but you CAN work your way into the raid scene a little bit at a time. I remember a time where AG could barely handle Vindi or VS. I'll take the targets I listed over that any day.

I can't speak for Aegis as a whole but I can say Anonymous has killed plenty of mobs in tov on their own in the past, not to mention what they've downed while working with past alliances. Their weakness was/is never having anyone motivated enough to stand on a line for hours on end for the small chance of actually getting a dwagon, and the ones that were willing always left (understandably so). So its pretty safe to say the Aegis alliance is more than capable of clearing most if not all of tov in 3 days.

I was salty and I'll explain why. Stalling a permanently rooted dragon means taking too long to damage it to the point when it begins to summon players (97% health). If there is no time limit to get Yelinak to 97% health, I could FTE yelinak on my <Dial A Port> druid and then just stand out of melee range until the server resets. Some may say that "as long as Yelinak is being tanked, it's not a stall." But without a time limit, it's too easy and tempting to cheat by engaging early and then moving the tank in and out of the melee range of the dragon.

The concept of FTE messages and this dragon being permanently rooted don't mesh well. That is why any guilds that plan to engage Yelinak should join an agreement, which clearly defines what a stall is. Awakened and Aftermath had an agreement that said you had to get Yelinak to 97% health within one minute of engaging or everyone with agroe had to disengage and log out.

That's why I was salty, because AG turned the Yelinak meta on its head by employing a strategy that encourages cheating and it will get someone suspended eventually if an agreement isn't reached about a time limit for getting Yelinak into summoning range.

I think with ample time to setup and do a non rushed pull Aegis would be able to clear NToV including vyemm just need enough clerics really. Pulling will be pretty trivialized with 72 hrs or whatever to get it done, I can’t wait to bathe in doze tears!

Well mobs only summon once every 10 seconds... You definitely need to pull other mobs that cast sow to the raid bosses first, to make sure they are sowed and every pull will eat multiple DA for sure... XD

The point is, Rygar has given literally hundreds of hours of his own time just to help make this project better for everyone. That's in addition to the many more hours he's logged actually playing the game (almost certainly more hours than you). You don't spend hundreds of hours researching a game you haven't loved/played a whole hell of a lot.

The point is, Rygar has given literally hundreds of hours of his own time just to help make this project better for everyone. That's in addition to the many more hours he's logged actually playing the game (almost certainly more hours than you). You don't spend hundreds of hours researching a game you haven't loved/played a whole hell of a lot.

They've gone from being a consistent threat to AM in Sleepers/Yeli/Dain etc to threatening us on lower level ToV mobs. You wanna bet they won't be a threat on Vulak&friends in the near future?

I can't speak for the rest of the guild, but I'm happy to see them stepping up and bringing the competition. I remember FFA foot races and cockblock wars over AoW back on live and I missed that spirit of competition when I played other mmos after. It's one of the main things that brought me to P99. And AG (and Core/BG, & Paradiggums) are nice people with good leaders who work with us and each other. That goes a long way.
