Drowning damage

Where: Kedge Keep

What: Drowning

Description:
I was in kedge keep and my 60 warrior was taking 409 damage a tick in Drowning. Not sure if that's correct but its a little bit ridiculous. Gives no chance at getting an EB off in time.
