I didn't read on the patch notes that procs have been increased but a few made mention of it here. Can anyone confirm or deny?

My knee jerk reaction is wanting to say, well if that's the case and it has been increased then by god don't mention it! It might be taken away! *covets aggro zealously*

I havnt played since the patch, just curious if anyone has noticed any difference.
