Spellfiles are Outdated error

Hey guys,

I'm getting the sp-1 error that tells me my spell files are outdated when I get to the character screen. I went to the Patch Notes for today and extracted those files into my project 1999 folder, replacing all files along with the Resources folder. I am also running eqemu as administrator but I still got the error.

So I uninstalled eqtitanium and reinstalled it. Then extracted the files once more into my project 1999 folder but this time I didn't replace the Resources folder. And of course I am getting the same spell files error.

I dont know whats wrong here. I've been playing project 199 for two weeks now and actually played for a few hours last night and everything ran fine. what the heck is going on?!?!
